Mosul University

The University of Mosul is a public university located in the city of Mosul. It was established in 1967. It is one of Iraq’s largest educational and research institutions, and the second largest in Iraq, after the University of Baghdad. The university has 24 colleges, 8 centres, 5 consulting offices, 3 teaching hospitals and health clinics. It also has a large university theater, a giant central library, and many other directorates and technical and administrative units.
