Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for bachelor’s, master’s, one-tier master’s, doctoral, and non-degree programs (preparatory and specialization courses), in partner universities in Hungary. 

At this level, 27 Hungarian higher education institutions are engaged in the Stipendium Hungaricum Program for the 2020/2021 academic year with more than 350 study programs in foreign languages (more than 300 of them in the English language). Study programs are generally available in the English and Hungarian languages, with some programs offered in German and French as well. The available study programs and host Institutions are accessible in the online application system ( 

The scholarships cover tuition fees, a partial living stipend, housing, and medical insurance.

Students must be from one of the following (Arab) countries:

Egypt, Morocco, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Algeria, Sudan, Yemen, Kuwait, Syria, Jordan, Tunisia. 

How to Apply:

All applications shall be submitted through the online application system of Tempus Public Foundation. After registration, the applicants are able to access the application system and upload the required documents. Applications should be submitted; only saved applications will not be considered. Please note that no applications will be accepted without the online submission and after the deadline. No hard copies are required.
