Sir Robert Jones Scholarship for Female Refugees in New Zealand
The Sir Robert Jones’ Refugee Daughters’ Scholarship aids young women from refugee backgrounds who are residents of New Zealand in finishing a university degree or other higher-education qualification at one of our authorised partner universities.
Refugees as Survivors New Zealand (RASNZ), the premier mental health and well-being service for residents of New Zealand with refugee origins, coordinates and manages the scholarship application and selection process.
The scholarship is intended for young women who wish to pursue a postsecondary degree but are unable to do so due to personal or financial hardship. If the student attends a school away from home, the full cost of tuition and two years of housing in a dorm are covered.
