Khalifa University Postgraduate Scholarships, in the U.A.E.

Khalifa University Postgraduate Scholarships, in the U.A.E.
Country of scholarship: United Arab Emirates
Country of Citizenship: All Countries
Deadline:30/04/2024

Khalifa University (KU), in Abu Dhabi, grants full or partial scholarships to all students who are admitted to its master’s and doctoral programmes on a full-time basis. Students of all nationalities may apply.

The university offers M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes in engineering, medicine, security, science and technology.

The scholarships cover 50, 75, or 100 percent of tuition fees, accommodation, health insurance, and a competitive monthly stipend. Assistance with air travel costs between the student’s home country and Abu Dhabi may also be approved.

Scholarship eligibility is determined as part of the admissions process, so applicants do not need to submit a separate scholarship application. All applicants are reviewed and assigned to a certain scholarship tier based on academic merit and other criteria. Meeting the eligibility requirements for a certain tier does not ensure a scholarship grant, as the number of scholarship slots is limited.

Khalifa University is a comprehensive research-intensive institution with three colleges, three research institutes, 18 research centres, and 17 departments that cover a wide spectrum of scientific, technical, and medical subjects. It will continue to evolve in response to the U.A.E.’s fast changing national goals and priorities, while also nurturing the innovation ecosystem essential for the country’s targeted transition to a knowledge economy.
