Description:
The Heinrich Böll Foundation is now accepting applications for master’s degree and Ph.D. scholarships in Germany. The foundation is an organization that believes in democracy and human rights, and is allied with Germany’s Green Party.
All students with good academic records, including international students, can apply for the foundation’s scholarships. Non-E.U. nationals and students not educated in Germany can apply for master’s degree and Ph.D. scholarships only.
Applicants will first have to apply to and be accepted in a German or German-recognized university and then apply for the scholarship.

Eligibility:
Master’s Degree Scholarships Criteria:
– Applicants must have proof of their bachelor’s degree.
– Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the German language (Level B2 or DSH 2).

Doctoral Degree Scholarships Criteria:
– Applicants must provide proof that they have been accepted into a doctoral level program at a German or state-recognized university.
– Applicants who are not German will have to demonstrate proficiency in the German language.

Benefits:
Master’s Degree Scholarships:
– A stipend of 861 euros per month, plus various individual allowances.
– Funding of tuition fees in Germany is possible in certain cases.
Doctoral Degree Scholarships:
– A stipend of 1,200 per month, plus 100 euros mobility allowance per month, plus various individual allowances.
– Funding of tuition fees is not possible.
