The 2022–2023 Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program – Postdoctoral Research Grant provides opportunities for Egyptian postdoctoral faculty members in all fields to conduct research at U.S. institutions.
The Fulbright Program is the U.S. government’s flagship international educational and cultural exchange program. With partnerships with 160 countries worldwide, Fulbright builds lasting connections between the peoples of the United States and the peoples of other countries around the world, building mutual understanding between nations, advancing knowledge across communities, and improving lives around the world.

Eligibility:
Candidates must be:
– Egyptian citizens
– Currently residing in Egypt; applicants must reside in Egypt starting from the application process and throughout the selection, placement and pre-departure processes.
– Full-time academic faculty member of an Egyptian university or research institute/center.
– Ph.D. is required.
– Excellent command of English.
